This is, after all, a protocol that aims to support a particular set
of operational models, and will need to support a range of policies
(where those policies are largely constrained by the CA/Browser
forum).  These are valid points of discussion given how they might
constrain the technical aspects of the protocol.

If you think a particular statement needs to be called out as
inappropriate, I encourage you to do so.
