Please resolve/merge 231 and 232 and publish a new draft - those are truly strictly editorial.

We'll treat 234 and 235 as WGLC comments. If you want to pull some of the changes in 235 out into a separate PR that (a) has agreement between you, and (b) *is* strictly editorial, feel free.  (For example, saying a server MAY follow redirects is not one of those. :)
