Hello ACME,

This new version was posted 5 days ago.

Authors state that it resolves all open points -- including, I believe
Pull/21 [1] which addresses the point raised by Skye a couple days before
that.

Unless anyone has any further points to raise, I will close the WGLC and
move this document back to IESG.
