I support adoption of the draft. It seems useful to discuss the following
deployment scenario in the draft:



The CPE uses a global IPv6 address and is upgradable. The mechanism
discussed in https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8738 can be used by
the CPE to get a certificate from a CA for the IPv6 address and can host a
HTTP server temporarily till the ACME challenge is complete.
