In particular, this item in your charter is quite related: - communication and discovery of information about the properties of a path on local networks and in internetworks,... A related ALTO WG document is: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-alto-path-vector/ An academic paper just appeared in IWQoS 2017 is attached to this email. We sure will attend and engage.
