Yup, that should work.

I've previously just emailed iana@iana.org, but the above link does
seem like a better option - you get tracking, it provides the
information in a more clear form, etc.

Toerless - you have previously done one of these (thread: "AD approval
request for early allocation for id-ct-animaCBORVoucher") - I'd
suggest just repeating whatever you did then, as it seemed to work :-)
