Just a comment on one of your comments:

> "Global IP address" -> used in the figure; it may be sufficiently clear already that this may be a ULA or GUA type address. Optionally this could be clarified in the Terms section what "global IP address" means, but if others disagree we don't need to add this.

This terminology recently led to a bit of a mailstorm over in IPv6 land. The details are tedious**, but the safest way to avoid it is simply to say "Routeable address" (i.e. not link-local), which I think is the point.
