Warren sent an email to the RFC-editor informing them that the LC on the 
name change was success, but it wasn't CC to the list.
    https://www.rfc-editor.org/cluster_info.php?cid=C325 shows version 
-44 in queue.

My understanding is that the ACP document has been revised according to 
the Erik Kline's DISCUSS, but awaits his confirmation.
