That's what I summarized as Someone Might Sue.

Here in the US, that's always a hypothetical problem.  Sometimes it's
even a real one, but I don't think it's worth a lot of effort to deal
with unless we have reason to think that there is a concrete problem
that we can solve in a concrete way.

I don't think "never ever talk about anything that anyone might sue
about" is a concrete solution to anything.
