Hi Joel,

Thanks for this draft, my comment related to the document is that the
purpose is clear to focus on US department of Justice laws and not the UN
laws, so I understand that this document is scoped to the market_place of
US only.

IMHO, the *Internet* and the work in IETF are related to US
policy/market/consumer but mostly related to Global policy/market/consumer,
therefore, I prefer that this document is not only related to
IETF_participants of US_technology_market, so maybe the draft may need to
add to author_team from Europe, Asia, and Africa, to add more
experiences/ideas, however, if not agreed by our current ietf_authors, then
they can either add information that this document is only related to the
US markets/consumers only, or they include information about the global
competition policy, so then the reader notices related markets and laws.

I am not sure about the UN policy related but I think they name the policy
as *competition and consumer protection policy* and others name it
antitrust or competition policy, but if there are Global_Policy documents I
prefer if it is to be pointed in the draft_references to inform all
IETF participants.

Best Regards
AB
