My impression is that Mr. Mewan was interested in personal tunneling solutions.

There may be also some issue as to what "IPTalk" meant.  Is this "IPTalk",
the protocol for tunneling, or is it "IPTalk", the network driver for
AppleTalk over IP that was shown in beta a long time back?

And I got all excited that IPTalk (the driver) was actually available.  Are
my hopes to be dashed?
