IBTD, Wikipedia relies on 3rd party sources, not the other way
around. And Wikipedia pointers in RFCs should use permalinks
to specific versions of articles. I could edit this article in
a totally unsuited way, and it could take hours or days until
somebody reverts it to a reasonable state. Worse, many folks
know how to circumvent Wikipedia rules in hard to detect ways
(for articles not on many watchlists).

The current draft does not have any additional examples, so for
the third time I urge you to add about:about as *good* example -
nobody claims that it works everywhere, let alone as it should,
or that it needs to be registered. But for users and developers
it would be very helpful if they can learn which relevant about:
URIs exist in the product they are interested in.
