Each entry could be immutable, in which case changes would be in the
form of new entries, and entries would include the name (e-mail
address) of the registrant and various details not just pertaining to
the registration but also to its relation to the others that already
exist.  Sort of like version control; changes -> versions, collisions
-> branches.
