Well, right.  I'm unclear on why a decision was made to pull
the plug without more clarity about what needs to be done wrt
liaisons (other than the usual IAB IAB-ishness) but apparently
there's a problem here that could probably do with some community
input on how liaisons are or are not working in practice.  That
the program is dormant doesn't mean that there's no issue to
deal with, zeal for shutting things down (and I tend to share
that zeal in general) notwithstanding.
