Me too.

However, there is lot of work happening in various forums including
IEEE/TSN, research communities and  other SDOs. This is one of the aspects
perhaps IRTF or some other relevant forum in IETF can look into; if at all
if, there is a forum to see better than BE stuff and how it can co-exist
with BE with our transport layer fairness principles.

Remember there could be other aspects too.

mIOT stuff. There was  this topic on "potentially" billions of  IoT (non
vehicular or non UAV UEs), which are resource constrained and can't do
(IPv6) header compression. These devices emit smaller amount of data
connecting to the radio and the associated spectrum cost (one of the most
sacred and expensive resource in that domain)...
