Most of the mailing list I am subscribed to have a moderator.  The 
practice is for the person to curtail spam and see that mailing list 
discussions do not go out of hand.  If I had a suggestion to make, it 
would be to figure out a description which the IAB members consider 
as appropriate for this mailing list.

It may happen that you take a decision which I disagree with.  It 
does not mean that you are wrong or that you are doing a bad 
job.  That is the nature of things.
