At this point I find myself reasonably satisfied with where the document is going, and it has come a long way.  I like the broad description of users, and I think that’s quite appropriate.

I would only ask that the IAB do one more thing, which would be to take the opportunity to highlight cases where the advice would be actionable.  That has the added benefit of maybe identifying different user groups who should be brought into a conversation, a role to which the board should be well suited.
