The chairs would like to begin a 2 week Working Group Last Call on the ARMD Problem Statement document draft-ietf-armd-problem-statement-02. (See the announcement message quoted below for reference.)  Please read this latest version of the draft, and comment on the mailing list.  This WG LC will close on 26-March-2012.
