The salient point here is that this is not work that has IETF consensus.  That this is not suitable for certain applications is secondary.

(The fact that this document amounts to a massive code dump makes attaining consensus challenging.  I noticed some engineering quality issues without looking too hard. Those might be inconsequential, but they are still material given the publication format.)
