Hi, again,

I have posted the following request on the DISPATCH mailing list (dispatch@ietf.org <mailto:dispatch@ietf.org>); I would appreciate if further discussion would happen there to help determine how best to proceed.

Thanks,

Joe

(sent to dispatch@ietf.org <mailto:dispatch@ietf.org>)

The following draft has been posted. Previous discussion occurred on the art@ietf.org <mailto:art@ietf.org> mailing list. I have cross-posted there already to request further discussion happen here.

I would like to ask here about whether:

	a) the document is considered developed enough to consider possible ways forward
	b) what those ways forward would be (within an ART WG, a new WG, etc.)

I hope discussion and ways forward focus on-list (here), due to travel conflicts with upcoming IETFs.

Joe
