[SAH] This isn’t a full review, but an initial reaction. The draft describes a proposal for something that was first developed by GoDaddy:

It would be helpful if the draft included text in the Introduction, or an appendix, that describes the relationship between this proposal and the GoDaddy product.

I don’t see any IPR disclosures associated with Domain Connect. Is it safe to assume that the absence of disclosures means that there’s nothing to disclose?
