As always, if you don't get comments, it's because not many people are
interested in it.  Part of the trouble is that what you are proposing
isn't just a technological change, but also a business change:

Your draft says:

    For the user who just want emails and not net savvy, He or she has
    to be able to walk into a store and get a device like android and
    get an email address also from that vendor.

How do you propose convincing the vendors to hand out an e-mail account
with every phone?  If the customers really wanted it, the vendors would
probably have noticed it already.

More importantly, we aren't business people, this isn't the place where
you can convince vendors that this idea is a profitable service.  This
isn't where the vendors are listening.
