... i lay claim to being the "guy that's blind in one eye, and can't see
out the other".

    what, exactly, are the "fed's" requirements with regard to 'americans
with disabilities' vis-a-vis 'software'.  is that an implication, or a
requirement of the statute.

    the 'threat' of lawsuits in the us is a given, so that something of a
moot point.

    i am at a loss in 'seeing' (sorry) how a 'visual prompt' helpful to
those blind enough to warrent its use ...
