Never mind ISPs.  No one with the least clue about commercial sites
outside Germany would claim anything like the other person's claims.
It's more accurate to say that most DNS data are broken, at least
outside Germany.  Given my fairly recent experience with people
configuring DCC clients and servers in Germany, I've doubts about
his claims about Germany.

For another view, look at page 19 in
http://www.fruug.org/Archive/2002-12/cricketDNS-2002-12.pdf
and notice that Cricket Lui measured an error rate of 41% in
zones in domains in .de.
