Me too I object to the lack of treatment of multicast in this draft. Multicast is the very first thing happening when booting up. It's the only thing that can help autoconf. This draft ignoring multicast shows signs autoconf can't happen. Multicast is what helps DHCP happen, which is a kind of what autoconf tries to achieve. Multicast helps many other protocols trying to do things as autoconf tries.
