We received positive responses in favor of adoption. The working group agrees to adopt "RTCP Feedback Message and Request Mechanism for Frame-level Acknowledgement”.

Authors, please resubmit the draft under the draft-ietf-avtcore- prefix. If you have a GitHub repository, you can transfer it the AVTCORE WG's organization (https://github.com/ietf-wg-avtcore) Just send me your GitHub username, if you want to do so.
