I agree, as apparently we all do, that this is the right approach.  It
allows both AVPF and SRTP to proceed without any dependency on each
other.  It will also give time to think about any issues that must be
addressed in combining the two profiles, and to test out the idea.

From Elisabetta's message, it is clear that there are at least
a few words that need to be said to clarify the points she mentioned.
That is exactly the kind of thing I envisioned when I have argued on
numerous occasions that each _needed_ combination of profiles should
be defined as a new profile with a new name, rather than simply
specifying a generic means to identify any combination of profiles.
