[AVT] Take draft-seokung-avt-seed-srtp-00.txt as a work item?

This draft was briefly discussed at the recent AVT meeting in  
Chicago. It appears to fit within our charter "to maintain and  
enhance the SRTP Profile, with review and input from the Security  
Area".  Accordingly, as we discussed in Chicago, the chairs propose  
to accept this draft as an AVT work item. Please send any comments,  
objections, or statements in favour to the mailing list by 3rd  
September 2007. If there are no objections, we will ask the authors  
to submit the next version as an AVT working group draft.
