Folks,

Note that the IETF is beginning strict checking of the format for 
internet-
drafts, starting on 28th September 2004. You are STRONGLY encouraged to 
use
the idnits tool available from http://ietf.levkowetz.com/tools/idnits/ 
(for
download, or as a web-based service) to ensure that your draft conforms 
to
the guidelines. Drafts that do not conform will be rejected.
