I support publication of "RTP Control Protocol (RTCP) Messages for
Temporal-Spatial Resolution”. This draft enables some of the feedback
signalling defined in the green metadata specifications to be used when
streaming over RTP.

Here are some very minor comments for the authors in case they find it
relevant (to be considered in a future update, this should not impact the
WGLC).

# 4.1.1. Message format

There are 3 references to clause 5.3 of [GreenMetadata]. Could you please
check if the numbering of the clause is correct? In the copy I am using,
the fields frames_per_second, pic_width_in_luma_samples,
pic_height_in_luma_samples are defined in section 6.3.

# 4.2.1 Message format

Maybe consider rewording "illegal" to "invalid".

# 4.1 & 4.2 & 7

Just a reminder to fill the IANA considerations and update the values for
PSFB Payload Types (currently 11 and 12 in sections 4.1/4.2). The IANA
registry already shows the value 11 is now reserved for another purpose.

# 5.
