Each of the 30 SSRCs will send an RTCP Sender Report/Receiver Report packet. Each of those packets will contain several report blocks. I’ll try to clarify the text.

RE:  My understanding that without grouping as also in the example in section 4.1 each SSRC will send 27 RTCP SR/RR since it need to send to each SSRC he received from and he gets 27. Again this depends on the topology.
