Re: [AVT] Last call for review: draft-jones-avt-audio-t38-02.txt

The only comments received on this draft were minor editorial issues, which
are corrected in the -03 revision. Accordingly, we will recommend the IESG
publish draft-jones-avt-audio-t38-03.txt as a Proposed Standard RFC, under
the condition that the amended version of T.38 containing the RTP payload
format is published by the ITU.
