Figured it was EV. My point was that there are multiple alternatives for EV 
that are still in play, as noted in the document list I distributed 
earlier. So my question was "which of those alternatives (for EV)" does 
your draft relate to? (I'm guessing its France Telecom's proposal, but one 
can never be sure. ;-) )
