A new version of draft-ietf-avtcore-multi-party-rtt-mix is available.

A number of clarifications and additions are included. Please see 
changes chapter for details.

One format change: The last data header now has same format as all others.

Modified dynamic transmission interval, shortest interval increased from 
100 to 150 ms as a balance between loss protection and delay.

Brief performance requirements included in terms of number of 
simultaneously transmitting sources with good performance and introduced 
latency.
