I support advancing the document to Proposed Standard. 

It's an important step forward to allow multiple parties to use RTT simultaneously. Among other use cases, this capability is being requested by various regulatory bodies for coordination between emergency service dispatchers, first responders on the ground, and the individuals they are assisting.
