This makes sense to me, but I think the following sentence is not as
informative as it needs to be:  "STUN messages with methods identifiers
of 1280 or higher cannot be demultiplexed."  The statement should tell
what happens, e.g., "STUN messages with method identifiers of 1280 or
higher are indistinguishable from ***, so such method identifiers must
be avoided when ***."
