As far as I understand, Mayumi (SC29 secretariat) provided the documents 
with Stephan's name as watermark. If not so, Stephan, please ping Mayumi 
again.

Otherwise, I agree with Tim. It's really time to get this spec moving. 
There are at least two working implementations of it, so it's certainly 
functional, and clients and customers are waiting.
