If the relevant RTT is the largest, then fine. But if one was after the
RTT to particular entity that doesn't provide anything. As you don't
know where that entity is within the distribution. And that Distribution
also provides RTTs in relation to a given media sender.

Thus I don't understand how the receiver can estimate its RTT to the
media sender.
