Tentatively, the plan for the RTP MIDI documents is to wait until
the 12th of February for comments, then spend the next four
days updating the documents to submit -02.txt versions in time
for the Feb 16th deadline.  At the very least, -02.txt will be adjusted
for the new Offer/Answer requirements.

So, it would be ideal if folks who were interested in RTP
MIDI could find the time to do a read-through and send along
comments by Feb 12.  If that's not possible, it would be good to
know that there were folks who were planning to send in
comments but needed more time to read them ... thanks,
