Dear all,

I am wondering are there any implementations (or standards?) that allow
padding to change the size of VoIP packet intentionally, I mean, change the
packet size significantly. My understanding of rtp and srtp is that padding
is only for alignment, possibly to let the data match the block size of
certain encryption algorithms.

Appreciate any comments.
