Hi,

After reading several days rfc 3550, i can't figure out some stuff.

For example rfc 3550 6.3 RTCP Packet Send and Receive Rules
********************************************************
To execute these rules, a session participant must maintain several
   pieces of state:

   tp: the last time an RTCP packet was transmitted;

   tc: the current time;

....
...
*********************************************************

Ok, am i right if i say:
RTP session may have many participants and all store that state ?

Now if BYE packet received, isn't participant disposed ?
Or why then tn,tp(reverse reconsideration) values recalculated ?

Thanks,
