Hi,

I have some remarks around the posting of these messages. First is the
receipients list, its way to long. I would recommed that we drop it to
only the mailing lists. I assume that all persons being directly
addressed are in fact part at least one of the lists. The list is in
fact so long that it get caugth in the mailing list software and needs
approval for every mail.

The second thing is the crosspostings. We should move to a single list,
I propose AVT as it has the most subscribers while I know there is need
to include both communities. Due to the crosspostings, if a person is
not memeber of both list it will get caught in that lists filter and
need manual approval by the chairs. If you need to inform some other
list about a subject, the recommended way is to post to each list
individually and state that any discussion will take place on one of
these list.

Third, don't post to avt-admin@ietf.org unless it has something to do
with administrative matters regarding the mailing list. We chairs are
members of the list and don't need to get a second copy through the
avt-admin@ietf.org address. In fact before trimming this receipient list
I should have received 4 copies of each mail.

So please follow this recommendations any you will make us chairs life
easier.
