Re: [AVTCORE] I-D Action: draft-ietf-payload-vp9-11.txt

This version removes the frame marking section, as discussed in last week’s interim.

The only other change is to update the reference for SDP, now that RFC 8866 is published.

I believe this should resolve everything raised during WGLC.
