Hi Ron,

in my understanding with AVP only XR would indeed be used.

(In addition, for the AMR and AMR/WB codec you have "mode requests"
within the AMR RTP payload for a payload specific adjustment. This also
works with AVP.)

Hi,

I am slow on my review and looked only at part of the comments so far so
I may repeat them.

1. In section 6.1.1 when talking about multicast and ecn it is not
clear what should be the policy for the init value, can each receiver
select different one or must the offer only include one init value
similar to the declarative case< lass=MsoListParagraph
style='text-indent:-.25in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>In section 6.1.3 "If
timely feedback is not required it is still RECOMMENDED to used
RTP/AVPF." If AVP is used how will you signal the ecn-ce since it is
done with an AVPF rtcp message which is not supported in AVP or in this
case only the XR message will be used?

Nit: In section 5.2 " ..." delete the "be"
