The document is signed by Clara Dô, Weronika Kołodziejak and Juliusz
Chroboczek.  The interns are in alphabetical order, the supervisor is last,
which is usually considered as the friendly way to sign a paper.  I am
very much suprised that I need to justify that.

This is our common work, and I shall not remove Clara and Weronika from
the list of authors.

The fatal flaw in rfc7298bis that is solved by draft-do-babel-hmac was
