Hi Juliusz,

Adoption of a draft just indicates that the WG thinks the draft is a good
starting point for WG work.

There seems to be plenty of interest and enthusiasm and there is no formal
requirement for any specific adoption process.

Let's wait about a week to see if there are any objections, then you can go
ahead and post a draft-ietf-babel-mac-relaxed-00 version.

I suggest two trivial changes: Add "This document updates RFC 8967." to the
abstract and "complementar" -> "complementary".
