I was actually serious about the utf-8 thing. As it's been 15 years
since utf-8 became an internet standard
(https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3629) it would be nice if internet
standards could be written in utf-8.

When last I checked on this, 5 years back, tools were "almost" ready.
