In looking at https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-rtgwg-policy-model-06, I'm left wondering if any of this is useful wrt Babel. I can't see anyone implementing the hooks to make such policy configurable in Babel (because it doesn't seem to be needed). If someone really wants something like this in the future, maybe they can do it then?
