Sorry for the late reply here.

I like the problem statement, thank you for defining it.

One thing I noticed which isn’t talked about is the value of the pipe. Often in bonding there is a concept of using the cheapest pipe first and placing priorities on lines based on that. This is all the more the case for fixed and mobile bonding where mobile is at a premium, but perhaps less so if providers are offering a combined solution to their customers.

In any case, should this also be part of the problem statement?
