Note that given the FCFS policy of this part of the registry [1], you 
could ask for this value now without waiting and risking the value to be 
assigned to something else.

Once this is done the text is the IANA section in the draft would become 
"IANA has allocated Type 0x06/Sub-Type 0x04 for the 'EVPN Layer 2 
attributes extended community' defined in section 3.1".
